Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Certain items such as custom orders, perishable goods, and final sale items are non-returnable.
To start a return, please email us at info@nowinowi.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us at info@nowinowi.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
